An Italian historian, Simona Cerutti teaches at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Paris. Her main research interest is the history of hierarchy and identity in the Ancien Régime. She is currently working on law and social hierchies in a comparative perspectives (early modern Europe and Maghreb). |
